* High knee walk

* Butt kick walk

* High knee skip

* Lateral knee walk with external rotation

* High knee run

* Lateral high knee step

* Straight leg skip (toy soldiers)

* Lateral high knee run

Dynamic stretching use slow controlled movements to extend muscles to the fullest range of motion and not beyond.
