		<description>Losing weight is only part of the goal--keeping it off is the challenge and I doubt that Jillian will be there day after day to keep anyone in shape much less thin. The truth is that emotional eating has been identified as the largest reason why people can&#039;t lose weight and the largest reason why 95% of them gain it back. Even those who write about emotional eating miss the mark--they usually give advice to do things like go for a walk, take a deep breadth, eat celery, exercise, and at best suggest focusing on the stress that causes the emotion. The reality is that the real stress is the resultant emotion from the stress. Focus on that emotion, feel it, embrace it and it disappears and so does emotional eating.</description>
