    I lost 35 lbs taking Pete’s course and working out with his group. With Pete you get a new sense of what you can accomplish. When you see his life size poster of before, you will realize, this was one big dude, and it takes away any excuses that you may have.

    You don’t have to be a “biggest loser” potential to take this class, it is helpful to anybody that is struggling with weight issues, and needs the motivation and proper education to start and continue with a healthy lifestyle.

    I’m now competing in 5k’s, 10k’s, triathlons, cycling / mountain biking events, etc., and at 42, in the best shape of my life.
