Ann Arbor, MI— Pete Thomas, Motivational Speaker and Season 2 At-Home Winner of NBC’s “The Biggest Loser,” will address child welfare advocates at the 2012 Annual Child Abuse Prevention Conference in Largo, Florida on April 19, 2012.
Thomas will serve as the morning keynote speaker, as well as the evening keynote–offering hope and inspiration to families and children during a community-wide rally from 6pm-8pm at The Pinellas Park Performing Arts Center located at 4951 78th Avenue North in Pinellas Park, FL. Thomas, who was in and out of foster care as a child, truly believes in the power of the child welfare advocate. “I know from first-hand experience the ‘power of one,’ says Thomas.
